Christmas in July {Card 4}

Happy Thursday!  I hope you are enjoying my Christmas in July this week.  Today's card is fun birdy card.  I like to use flock in my projects bring out a lot of texture.  If this is your first time using flock then I have a short tutorial for you.
 Back to the card.  The card size is 4x4 and cut the top red layer at 3.5 inch square.  Next I added a small border around the top layer with Very Vanilla.  I used Stampin Up scalloped square punch to punch out four squares.  The scallop circle is a punch from Stampin Up and I believe it is 2 3/8 circle.
Here is the full picture of the card.

I love the way the flock bring tons of texture without all the work.  I added some stickles to the hat to make it sparkle.  He is so cute!

I think I got the bird from Jolly Holly and it is cut at 1.5.
