Have you ever had a paper that you can't seem to get rid of? When I first started I bought this paper I thought was a reasonable price and I had 200 sheets. However I did not know I would hardly use that paper because it is not as beautiful. Well I am taking a stand and I will be better about using this old paper. Today card is featuring this paper. My card is 7 1/4 by 5 1/4. I used Elegant edges for the with design and Birthday Bash for the party hat. Enjoy your day!!!
