Hey Crafters I hope you are having a wonderful day. Today's card is all about a small birthday card. I am only using Birthday Bash. My card base is 3.25 by 4. In this card I am using Stampin Up new colors!!! The blues are Pool Party and Island Indigo (so beautiful). All of the pieces are cut at 2 in.
