We were very busy yesterday with a very special birthday. My famous meatless lasagna is so scrumptious and trust me I am blowing my own horn on this one. I love making lasagna.
Now this was my very first attempt at Pineapple Upside Down cake. We are not big on cherries on the cake so I skipped it. According to my family it was a very yummy cake. I told you it was a very busy day!
